The preview of the extrusion will snap to the point, and you can click OK to accept the extrusion. Now go to the browser and expand the newly created Solid Bodies folder, and rename Solid1 to Lower_Rail. Rename Extrusion1 to LowerRailExt, and expand the extrusion to expose it’s consumed sketch geometry. Right click on the Rails Profile and turn the visibility back on.
