About

Applied design Intelligence is an Authorized Autodesk Developer, with extensive experience with Autodesk Inventor. We have been beta testers for the program for over ten years now, and as such have actively shaped the direction and functionality of the software. We also create and update nearly 400 Inventor tutorial videos every year (for another Authorized Developer), which keeps us on top of every little detail of the program.

Our founder, Mark Randa has worked in the cabinetmaking industry since the mid 70’s when he apprenticed as a Cabinetmaker in West Allis, Wisconsin. He owned his own cabinet/furniture shop for many years as well as working for other shops, and recently had a three year stint as the head of the 3D Modeling Division at the oldest, most prestigious yacht builder in America, Burger Boat Company (go take a look.
